Adilub LPS

Type: Butyl Stearate

ADILUB-LPS is an internal lubricant made from fatty acid esters, recommended for processing flexible and rigid PVC (with its limitations). This product reduces the initial viscosity of pastes (plastisol) and stabilizes their viscosity during storage. ADILUB-LPS has no effect on lightfastness and allows for the production of transparent materials. The recommended dosage is 0.5–1.0 phr, depending on the formulation. It has antistatic properties.
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature between 25°C and 30°C. Prolonged storage in cold places will cause the material to gel; this is easily remedied by warming the material and gently shaking it. Once opened, the drum must be tightly sealed.
Safety data sheets for this material are available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Exposed skin should be washed with soap and water.
