Type: Polyethylene Wax (Non-polar/Linear)

Development / Applications

MB 100 is an external lubricant for the manufacture of rigid and flexible PVC. It improves pigment dispersion in PE, PP, PS, and PVC pelletizing, preventing pigment powder shedding and accumulation. The recommended dosage is 0.05 to 0.5 phr, depending on the process and machine conditions. It is highly efficient in the production of rigid PVC profiles by promoting flow and delaying thermal stability. In systems with calcium-zinc process packages, it helps maintain whiteness and form profiles with complex structures. MB 100 improves the gloss of the finished product, the processability of the polymer, and the impermeability of the product.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
