K 63 PVC resin

Type: Polyvinyl chloride homopolymer resin

Development / Applications

K 63 PVC resin is a suspension-formed PVC homopolymer with a K value between 62 and 64, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. It can be formulated for both rigid and semi-rigid products, and also supports flexible applications with limited use of plasticizers. Its main uses include:
  • Rigid: Construction profiles, pipes, gutters, extruded or calendered sheets.
  • Flexibles; Hoses, gaskets, injection-molded parts.
It is characterized by its good transparency, low yellowing index and low gel content.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
