Type: Reverse Ester Tin Stabilizer

Development / Applications

RT-937 is a high-efficiency methyl tin stabilizer containing sulfur and inverse ester for demanding rigid PVC processes. It is specifically designed to provide excellent color and maintain long-term processing stability.This product is recommended for extruding pressure, drainage, and ventilation pipes, as well as for extruding profiles. For pipe compounds on twin-screw extruders, a dosage range of 0.5 to 1.0 phr is recommended, depending on machine conditions.
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
Safety data sheets for handling this material are available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Personnel handling this product should wear safety glasses, a gas mask, and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Exposed body parts should be washed with soap and water. This product has a strong sulfur odor. *Storage in stainless steel piping, valves, pumps, fittings, or storage tanks is recommended.
