Type: Reverse Ester Tin Stabilizer

RT-9172 is a low-cost thermal stabilizer, specially designed for rigid PVC pipe extrusion.Using RT-9172 provides heat stability and good initial color. It is used in low concentrations, replacing expensive products without changing operating conditions, and its light lubrication allows for easy processing.This product is recommended for extruding pressure, drainage, and ventilation pipes, as well as for extruding profiles. For pipe compounds on twin-screw extruders, a dosage range of 0.5 to 1.0 phr is recommended, depending on machine conditions. 
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature between 25°C and 30°C. Prolonged storage in cold places will cause the material to gel; this is easily remedied by warming the material and gently shaking it. Once opened, the drum must be tightly sealed.
Safety data sheets for this material are available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Personnel handling this product should wear safety glasses, a gas mask, and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Exposed body parts should be washed with soap and water. This product has a strong odor.
