Type: Ca-Zn Stabilizer

Development / Applications

LTX-757 is a liquid organic calcium-zinc complex, free of heavy metals, for the production of plasticized PVC. It imparts good initial color and thermal stability. LTX-757 is recommended for use in the calendering process due to its low plate-out. It can also be used in injection molding and extrusion processes. The use of epoxidized soybean oil improves thermal and light stability. The typical dosage is 2.0 to 5.0 phr, depending on the process.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
