Type: Cd-Ba-Zn Stabilizer

Development / Applications

It provides excellent thermal stability and initial color. Thermal stability is enhanced when used with epoxidized soybean oil.It offers excellent detachment and bleeding properties. LX-200-1 has low odor, low VOC content, and low plate-out.It is recommended for stabilizing plasticized compounds for extrusion, injection molding, and calendering processes. The recommended dosage is approximately 1.5 to 3.0 phr.The LX-200-1 can be used for soft PVC film, rigid PVC film or sheet.
Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme heat and cold, direct fire, sunlight, and overheating.
People handling this product must wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. Avoid handling by direct contact.
