Development / Applications

RT-550-TM is a liquid stabilizer specially formulated to develop excellent initial color and long-term thermal stability; its use is recommended for semi-rigid, flexible and/or recycled PVC profiles.RT-550-TM is fully compatible with PVC and its additives and is a highly efficient stabilizer as it prolongs thermal stability, widely recommended due to its cost-performance ratio. The recommended dosage ranges from 1.0 to 3.0 phrs depending on the process and equipment conditions.Food Packaging Approval:RT-550-TM can be used for the manufacture of food packaging as it complies with FDA regulations.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
Safety data sheets for this material are available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Exposed skin should be washed with soap and water.
