LS-6830 TP is a lubrication package for rigid PVC pipe, both sanitary and hydraulic, as well as other types of rigid PVC profiles. Its solubility in PVC is moderate; the recommended dosage ranges from 2.0 to 3.8 phr depending on process conditions and the formulation used. LS-6830 TP is completely electrolyte-free and hydrophobic. It imparts a good surface finish to finished products and improves flow for increased productivity. This product is odorless and tasteless (organoleptic testing). It offers advantages in the mixing process by reducing the number of ingredients to be added and simplifying inventory management. It should be used with an appropriate heat stabilizer, and no additional lubricants are required.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
