Type: Foam stabilizer

Development / Applications

The foam stabilizer is a polysiloxane-polyether copolymer surfactant. It is suitable for fine microcell elastomeric systems. It can be used in polyester and polyether sole systems due to its good synthetic performance, as well as in other PU elastomeric systems. It has good solubility and emulsifying capacity in systems containing water, amine, and polyol, allows for uniform density distribution, and possesses good hydrolytic resistance and storage stability.
Storage
It should be stored in a dry, airtight place and should not be stored in extremely hot or cold environments. Its shelf life is 12 months.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
