Type: Ba/Zn thermal stabilizer

Development / Applications

LOX-901-NH is a liquid barium-zinc stabilizer with very low phenol content, phthalate-free, and low volatiles. It provides good initial color, good color retention during processing, and good thermal stability. The recommended usage level is 1.5 to 3.0 phr. The efficiency of this material increases when used in combination with epoxidized soybean oil.The LOX-901-NH can be used in the extrusion and calendering processes of flexible films and plastisol.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
Safety data sheets for this material are available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Exposed skin should be washed with soap and water.
