MW-33 provides good compatibility and easy dispersion in suspension PVC compounds.It provides excellent initial color and long-lasting thermal stability, and also promotes a lubricating effect and good dynamic thermal stability. This product was designed for use in calendering, injection molding, and extrusion, as well as for plastisol processes such as rotational molding. The recommended dosage in PVC formulations is in the range of 1.0 to 3.0 phr.MW-33 is a material designed for medical applications because it does not contain alkylphenols.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
Management
Safety data sheets for this material are available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Exposed skin should be washed with soap and water.
