MW-11 provides good compatibility and easy dispersion in suspension PVC compounds.It provides excellent initial color and good long-term thermal stability, and also promotes a lubricating effect and good dynamic thermal stability. This product was designed for use in flexible PVC for food-grade film production, although it can also be used for flexible PVC extrusion where high toxicity requirements exist. The recommended dosage in PVC formulations is in the range of 1.0 to 3.5 phr. Use with soy epoxidization in the range of 2 to 5 phr helps improve the performance of this product.Food Approval/Packaging:MW-11 can be used for manufacturing food contact packaging as it complies with FDA regulations. It is also approved for medical applications. This material is free of alkylphenols (BPA, nonylphenol, etc.).
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly closed.
Management
Safety data sheets for this material are available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Exposed skin should be washed with soap and water.
