Development / Applications

EBS (Ethylene Bis Esteramide) in rigid PVC is used to improve flowability, acting as an external lubricant and release agent. A dosage below 2 phr is recommended to avoid flow problems. For PVC applications, it is a highly effective antiblocking agent. It exhibits good compatibility when used at up to 1 phr in conjunction with a glycerol-derived polyol ester. Among other applications, it improves resistance to oil and grease, fast setting, and excellent adhesion to polypropylene films and other resins. 
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
