Type: Lubricated acrylic process aid

Development / Applications

LP-175 is a low molecular weight acrylic-based processing aid often used in conjunction with other processing aids to improve the melting of PVC resin. This processing aid is used in the manufacture of films, sheets, pipes, foam sheets, WPC products, and more. LP-175 offers improved performance and flowability, thereby enhancing the surface quality and transparency of PVC products. It also prevents the resin from sticking to equipment and helps impart a certain gloss to the finished product. 
Storage
This product should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area, away from flames and other heat sources. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
