ADISTAB-LSA/1 is an organic co-stabilizer, generally used in combination with metallic soap stabilizers to improve light stability in blends of PVC resins, copolymers, and homopolymers. This product acts as a plasticizer and co-stabilizer in PVC.ADISTAB-LSA/1 is compatible with all PVC resins for flexible and semi-rigid compounds and exhibits minimal bleeding and plate-out in processing machines. It is also compatible with chlorinated rubber, ethyl cellulose, nitrocellulose, and polyvinyl acetate. The recommended dosage for this product is 0.5–5 phr. It improves viscosity stability in plastisol.
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature between 25°C and 30°C. Prolonged storage in cold places will cause the material to gel; this is easily remedied by warming the material and gently shaking it. Once opened, the drum must be tightly sealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
