Type: Acrylic-type process aid

Development / Applications

PA-912 is a medium molecular weight acrylic processing aid. This processing aid can be used in the production of extruded profiles, blow molding of opaque and transparent vinyl bottles, extruded sheet and film, and molded products. It helps improve the melting, dispersion, and viscosity of rigid compounds. It promotes plate-out elimination, produces smooth, glossy surfaces, homogeneous blends, and lowers the melting point of rigid compounds.
Storage
This product must be stored at a suitable temperature. Once opened, the packaging must be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
