Cuando el producto empacado libera humedad, esas gotas dispersan la luz y la pel\u00edcula se ve blanquecina: el cliente deja de distinguir lo que hay adentro. El antifog migra a la superficie del film y reduce la tensi\u00f3n superficial del agua condensada, de modo que en lugar de gotas se forma una capa continua y transparente.<\/p><p>El resultado es una pel\u00edcula que se mantiene cristalina aun con producto h\u00famedo o refrigerado en su interior, lo que resulta determinante en el empaque de frutas, verduras y carne, donde la apariencia decide la compra en anaquel.<\/p><p>La condensaci\u00f3n depende de la temperatura y la humedad dentro del empaque, por lo que el antifog se elige seg\u00fan la aplicaci\u00f3n. El llamado <strong>fog fr\u00edo<\/strong> \u2014charola refrigerada o producto congelado, con alta humedad y baja temperatura\u2014 pide un tensoactivo m\u00e1s hidrof\u00edlico y de efecto duradero. El <strong>fog caliente<\/strong> \u2014envoltura a temperatura ambiente \u2014 pide un agente que migre r\u00e1pido a la superficie desde el primer momento. Ambos tipos pueden usarse solos o combinados para cubrir un rango de temperatura m\u00e1s amplio y sostener la transparencia durante toda la vida \u00fatil del empaque.<\/p><p>Se recomienda ajustar el tipo y la dosis del antiempa\u00f1ante a la temperatura real de uso del empaque, y mantener el material en lugar fresco, seco y bien cerrado una vez abierto.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
