Este tipo de productos suele ser caracterizado por promover la fusi\u00f3n en el PVC y, por ende, mejorar el aspecto superficial de nuestros productos. Tambi\u00e9n, aunque no en todos los casos, este rubro de productos se caracteriza por bajar la viscosidad de la masa fundida del PVC, mejorando la fluidez y alargando as\u00ed la estabilidad t\u00e9rmica. No s\u00f3lo se emplea en resinas de suspensi\u00f3n sino tambi\u00e9n se ocupa en resinas de emulsi\u00f3n donde se desea una \u00f3ptima liberaci\u00f3n de gases o vol\u00e1tiles. Este material da cierta opacidad en los productos por lo cual en productos transparentes no es encontrado. Promueve la fusi\u00f3n y es un excelente aditivo para procesos de inyecci\u00f3n por sus propiedades de desmoldeo. Ofrecemos grados econ\u00f3micos seg\u00fan su contenido de cenizas y tambi\u00e9n grados de especialidad, como, por ejemplo, para aplicaciones con mayor lubricaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El\u00a0estearato de zinc\u00a0es recomendado en aplicaciones espumadas al usarse con ciertos agentes de zinc y un \u00e1cido este\u00e1rico. Es fabricado con \u00e1cido palm\u00edtico vegetal. Debido a sus propiedades, es recomendado ampliamente como estabilizador secundario y lubricante en la producci\u00f3n de compuestos de PVC. Es el mejor agente desmoldante entre todos los estearatos (jabones) met\u00e1licos. No contiene electrolitos y tiene un efecto hidrof\u00f3bico. En aplicaciones de espumadas, en especial junto con azodicarbonamida, ayuda a catalizar el proceso de espumado.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tambi\u00e9n se usa como lubricante para poliestireno cristal antiest\u00e1tico y poliestireno expandido, as\u00ed como antiaglomerante para extruidos de hule. Es un agente deslizante con propiedades lubricantes para procesos polim\u00e9ricos, se recomienda para la producci\u00f3n de fibras tejidas.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por sus propiedades hidrof\u00f3bicas, este producto se recomienda como aditivo para concreto. Puede ser usado en PVC, poliolefinas PE-PP, poli\u00e9ster, hule, cosm\u00e9ticos, adhesivos, pinturas, etc. En PVC act\u00faa como lubricante interno, lo cu\u00e1l promueve la fusi\u00f3n y da como resultado un excelente acabado superficial en los productos. En el proceso de inyecci\u00f3n es un excelente agente desmoldante.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La dosificaci\u00f3n recomendada es de 0.05 &#8211; 0.5 % como deslizante y 0.2 &#8211; 1.0 phr como lubricante para compuestos de PVC dependiendo del compuesto del que se trate.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-31ffd50
