UA-1199 MX WT consists of a calcium/zinc base package with lubricants, antioxidants, and co-stabilizers. UA-1199 MX WT is designed for the extrusion process of PVC pipe and rigid profiles. The lubrication allows processing even on large twin-screw extrusion equipment. This material is available in powder form and is designed for improved handling in automated mixing equipment. UA-1199 MX WT for PVC manufacturing uses a dosage of 2.6–4.5 phr and replaces all stabilizers, lubricants, antioxidants, and co-stabilizers. This simplifies inventory management and reduces the number of raw materials handled. This material has good dispersibility properties. For specific requirements, UA-1199 MX WT can be easily supplemented with additional additives as needed. But as a starting point, it consists of PVC resin, mineral filler, and the pigment of your choice.
Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
