LC-8228M is a calcium/zinc base package with lubricants, antioxidants, and co-stabilizers for non-toxic, semi-rigid and rigid PVC products, especially PVC pipes. It offers excellent heat resistance and thermal stability, and improves material melting and flow. This product has good dispersion and provides an auxiliary lubricating effect both internally and externally. It also offers excellent initial color, wear resistance, weather resistance, and water absorption resistance.This material is an alternative for manufacturing rigid PVC profiles and pipes, replacing the tin-based heat stabilizer and lubricants traditionally added separately. This option is ideal for reducing odor and minimizing the number of ingredients in your formulation, thereby reducing inventory levels.The recommended dosage is up to 4 PHR.
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly closed.
Management
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
