Type: Optical Brightener

Development / Applications

The lightfastness properties of OB-1 will vary depending on the substrate. It is primarily used to brighten synthetic fiber and plastic products, and is widely used in plastic film, lamination molding materials, and injection molding. It offers preferential brightness efficiency in polyolefin, rigid PVC, PVC foam, TPR, EVA, and PU foam. It also has a particularly good effect on foaming plastics, EVA, and PE foam.A dosage in a low range, from 0.001-0.020 phr, is recommended to prevent the tinting power of this additive from predominating over the base pigment.    Properties:

Storage
This product should be stored at normal room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly resealed.
