Type: Foam stabilizer

Development / Applications

It is a newly developed, high-activity, non-hydrolytic foam stabilizer based on silicon-carbon bonds. It is suitable for polyurethane foam systems using HCFC-141B and cyclopentane as blowing agents. It exhibits excellent nucleation capacity and a superior foam stabilizing effect.It provides excellent flow throughout the foaming process in the reaction system and produces a homogeneous density distribution. A very fine and tightly closed cell structure can be obtained in the polyurethane foam. As a result, thermal conductivity is low.
Storage
It should be stored in a dry, airtight place and should not be stored in extremely hot or cold environments. Its shelf life is 12 months.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
