Azodicarbonamide

Product Overview

General Description

Plastic foaming agents allow various plastics, such as EVA, rubber, PVC, and polyethylene, to develop foaming properties, reducing the weight and density of products. They are widely used in the manufacture of PVC sandals and EVA mats because, in addition to foaming, they provide a comfortable feel for the end user.
These materials allow for the creation of a uniform foam to achieve the desired appearance without altering the surface, provided the reaction with 100% is successful. To achieve this, it's crucial to consider the temperature-time relationship, always opting for a longer residence time at a lower temperature for optimal results, as the opposite can lead to foam collapse. Furthermore, they are easily integrated into the product, although dispersion must be carefully monitored, and the reaction temperature can be adjusted by adding our activators or kickers.
