PA-20 is a low molecular weight acrylic processing aid. This processing aid can be used in calendering processes for rigid and semi-rigid films, blow molding of bottles, and extrusion of rigid profiles and pipes.PA-20 provides clarity and surface quality, accelerates the melting rate, increases productivity, and lowers processing temperature. It is an excellent additive for reducing machine downtime and preventing carbon buildup on equipment. It can be used in both opaque and transparent applications.This product has SGS FDA approval studies.
Storage
This product should be stored at room temperature. Once opened, the packaging should be tightly closed.
The safety data sheet for this material is available upon request. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation. Those handling this product should wear safety glasses and rubber gloves. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Wash exposed skin with soap and water.
